Bear (Michael Mitchell, owner)

Bear (Michael Mitchell, owner)I’ve been in the health and fitness field for over 20 years. My passion is in helping people to reach their fitness goals and to live a healthy lifestyle. After working at major health club chains, I founded Body Renovation in 2003 to give clients access to top-notch training in a relaxed, cost-effective format.

I see the power of fitness every day as clients build confidence and achieve their goals. Fitness is for everyone -- every age and every level. In fact, I’ve trained clients ranging from 12 to over 60 years in age and from novice to athlete status. And, we believe fitness should be fun. Our clients have a good workout, leave the stress of work or school behind, and emerge with a sense of satisfaction and even a smile on their face.

I specifically located our personal training studio at Snider Plaza in University Park for its central, convenient location in Dallas and its easy walking distance in the Park Cities. Plus, the surrounding shopping and restaurant area provides clients with additional amenities. As a business in the community, we regularly provide silent auctions and education to the local area schools.

Our purpose at Body Renovation is to build a strong foundation that our clients can use in everyday life.
