Fitness and health are important in everyone's life from the time you are born and well into your golden years. At Body Renovation, our goal is to guide you every step of the way to achieve your goals. We've successfully helped clients seeking a trainer for nutrition counseling, weight loss, weight gain, competition/sport performance, pre- and post-baby care, and injury rehabilitation (with your doctor's approval).
We integrate all aspects of training and equipment from free or machine weights and cardio machines to exercise bands and weighted balls... and even good, old-fashioning jump roping. As personal trainers, we strive to give you variety and energize you with every workout; this approach keeps you (and your muscles) always guessing and working hard.
In addition to your regularly scheduled personal training sessions, we invite our clients to stop by any time to use the cardio equipment and advance their fitness goals. And, we offer male and female locker rooms and showers.

PERSONAL TRAINING:
Free Initial Consultation & Workout
We offer a one-hour free consultation for you to make sure we’re a good match and so that we may better tailor a training program for you based on your goals, lifestyle and any health issues. Our consultation includes taking your weight, measurements and body fat calculations as well as leading you through a 30-minute workout to assess your physical condition, stamina, strength and posture.

Affordable, Flexible Pricing
Our trainers set their own prices, typically from $65 - $85 per session with discounts for quantity purchases of 12 sessions or greater. It’s that simple and there are no other fees or commitment.

GROUP TRAINING:
Morning Boot Camp Series
If you prefer to workout outside and with others, our morning Boot Camp series is just the thing. Join us for an hour of intense exercise drills, free weights, cardio segments and very important core work exercises. Classes are open to men and women.
Classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6AM at Curtis Park on Lovers Lane and Hillcrest in University Park. The series is conducted as 12 one-hour sessions over four weeks and priced at $225.00 per person (equivalent to $18.75 per session).
To ensure personal attention our class sizes are limited to no more than 12 students per series.
